■ Step 6: Setting up the printer port on the computer

Click [Start], select Settings and then click Printers.

Click your printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.

Click the Details or Ports tab.

Select the printer port MAIL1 you created in the previous section from the Print
to the following port list.

Click [OK].
Printing a document (sending E-mail to the printer)
When printing a document, that is attached to the mail and sent to the printer.
