Explanation/Remedy
Handset
The temperature in the Com-
munication Unit is too high.
All PoE ports except port 1
are shutdown to reduce the
temperature. Move the Com-
munication Unit to a cooler
location, or avoid using the
PoE on LAN2 to LAN4.
System software update in
progress. Wait for the com-
pletion of update.
The system is preparing the
software update. Wait for the
completion of update.
- The system cannot find the
update file. Confirm that the
update file is saved correctly.
- Software downgrade is not
allowed. Use the update file
for newer software version.
- The file for software update
does not support this prod-
uct. Use an appropriate file.
