Explanation/Remedy
Handset
Communication error be-
tween Antenna and Commu-
nication Unit. Restart the
Communication Unit. If the
problem persists, contact
your dealer.
If the ambient temperature is
outside the specified limits,
the Antenna may not start
properly. For information on
ambient temperature limits,
see the specifications page.
Data transfer speed is re-
duced because the Commu-
nication Unit temperature is
too high. Move the unit to a
cooler location.
The terminal is set up to use
a satellite that is not visible at
the current position. Select
"Auto" to find a satellite auto-
matically, or select a satellite
available at the current posi-
tion.
Transmission is aborted be-
cause the ambient tempera-
ture around the Antenna is
extremely high or low. The
system must operate within
the allowed temperature
range to work properly. For
information on ambient tem-
perature limits, see the spec-
ifications page.
The type of SIM card inserted
in the terminal is not correct
for your terminal. Make sure
that the correct type of SIM
card is inserted.
SIM access error. Try remov-
ing and reinserting the SIM
card. if the problem persists,
contact your dealer.
