How to search for an voice call log
1. Click the [Search] button.
The search bar appears.
To hide the search bar, click the [Search] button again.
2. Search the voice call log with one or multiple of the following methods:
• Input part of the date, or the full date in the [Date] field.
• Select the appropriate service from the [Service] field.
• Select [In] or [Out], as appropriate, at the [In/Out] field.
• Input part, or all, of the caller name in the [Caller] field.
• Input part, or all, of the phone number in the [From/To] field.
• Input part of the code, or the full code in the [Code] field.
Once information is input or selected, the search automatically begins.
Voice call logs that match the search criteria appear in the voice call log.
How to save the voice call log to a CSV file
1. Click the [Download] as CSV button.
The [Save] dialog box appears.
2. Input the file name, then click [Save].
