Remove the four retaining screws from the CFM.

Disconnect the CFM optical connectors one at a time and put dust caps on them.

Caution
Carefully lift and remove the CFM from the ONS 15201 SCU.

Replace the cover (if you do not plan to replace the CFM in the near future).

Procedure: Replace the Collector Filter Module in the ONS 15201 SCU

Be careful not to bend the MU cables excessively during this procedure.
Caution
On the front panel of the ONS 15201 SCU, remove the blind plugs on the inside of the SC/SC adapters.
