Error No. 01
The SpectroProofer is not
connected to the printer
properly.
Error No. 13
The paper presser does not
function properly due to
one of the following factors:
The backing is not
O
attached properly.
There are some foreign
O
objects between the
paper presser and
backing.
The media type is not
O
supported.
The product is used out
O
of its operational
environment.
Error No. 15
The Color Measurement
Device carriage does not
function properly due to
one of the following factors:
There is some foreign
O
object in the moving
range of the carriage.
The backing is not
O
attached properly.
The white calibration
O
tile holder is not
installed properly.
The media type is not
O
supported.
The product is used out
O
of its operational
environment.
Error No. 12, 14, D5, D6, 65
The SpectroProofer has an
error.
The SpectroProofer is not
connected to the printer
properly.
What to do
Turn the printer off, and then remove the
SpectroProofer from the printer. Connect the
SpectroProofer to the printer properly, and then turn
on the printer.

If the same error occurs, contact your dealer.
Turn off the printer, and then remove the

SpectroProofer. If there are objects such as
packing materials around the backing, remove
them. Then, attach the backing properly, and
then turn on the printer.
