Outline
This screen is used to perform the gear failure diagnosis which detects the aging of the gear and display
information to prevent the system stop for the failure of the gear.
Description
1. Displays the estimated backlash amount.
2. Displays the status of the gear failure diagnosis. When the diagnosis is not performed, the status is not
displayed.

Normal completion
Abnormal completion
3. Displays the progress of the gear failure diagnosis. The progress is displayed in [0%] to [100%].
4. Displays the error code of the gear failure diagnosis.
5. Starts the gear failure diagnosis.
6. Stops the gear failure diagnosis. Enabled only during the gear failure diagnosis.
7. When the gear failure diagnosis is completed normally, Backlash estimation value and Backlash
threshold are displayed.
When the gear failure diagnosis is not completed normally, they are not displayed.
Remarks
・ S witches which display another screen do not operate d uring gear failure diagnosis.
・ G ear failure diagnosis is a function of the servo amplifier. The GOT displays the result of the gear failure
diagnosis obtained from the servo amplifier.

Completed the diagnosis.
An error occurred. Check the error code.
