Setting up the Quality Monitoring Client

Complete the following procedures to set up the Nortel Quality Monitoring
Client on Citrix:
1 Using the instructions in the Installation Guide, install the Quality
Monitoring Client application on the machine where Citrix is installed.
2 Using the procedures for publishing applications and creating a web
interface for an application, publish the Nortel Quality Monitoring Client
and give it a URL. (These procedures should be included in the Citrix
documentation.)
3 Once the Quality Monitoring Client application is published, launch it
through its URL.
4 Enter the following information for authentication.
User name
Password
Domain
5 Click Logon. Citrix presents a list of applications. The Nortel Quality
Monitoring Client is in the list.
6 Click the Nortel Quality Monitoring Client. The Login page prompts you
for the following information:
User name
Password
Extension
7 Enter this information in the appropriate fields, and click Logon. The
Nortel Quality Monitoring Client window opens and its functionality is
available.
