If your rack does not contain one or more Non-CE/EMC modules that perform D/A

conversion or provide an Encoder interface, you may use either a CE/EMC or
Non-CE/EMC CSM, RSM, or CSM/CPU (PiC90).
For a system to be CE/EMC compliant, all modules and backplanes must be
CE/EMC compliant
