5. To HOLD a program, press RUN/HOLD button.
6. Press RUN/HOLD button again to continue the program.
7. To Reset a program, Press and hold RUN/HOLD button for at least 3 seconds.
Program will be re-started from beginning at the first program step.

Steps to Edit the Target SP and Duration

1. Press PROG button.
2. Press PAGE button.
3. Select the program STEP by pressing Lower or Raise button.
4. Press SCROLL button to edit the program.
5. In this program, total 7 segments are used. Press SCROLL button until segment1
Target SP is selected.
