MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF CAPPUCCINATORE

Remove the frother arm from the power unit and wash it with water. The power unit

may be cleaned with a wet cloth but not with running water or a dishwasher.
The steel steam spout and cup can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.

The transparent steam spout may be washed directly by blasting it for a few seconds

with steam from the machine. When doing so, remember to direct the steam arm to-
wards the machine grill to avoid the risk of possible burns.
The parts of the cappuccinatore that come into contact with the milk should be washed
after every use in the ways previously recommended.
Never use solvents, alcohol or aggressive substances, or ovens to dry the components of the
cappuccinatore.
Wash the components (excluding electrical parts; power unit and transformer) with luke-
warm or warm water, or in the dishwasher.
THE CAPPUCCINATORE SHOULD BE WASHED AFTER EVERY USE.
Before proceeding always ensure that the cappuccinatore power cord in unplugged. Never
use water or a dishwasher to clean the power unit.
