Extract the steam spout from the cappuccinatore and, to clean it, turn on the steam for
7
a few seconds and remove all milk residue left in the tube, directing it into the machine
rack.
Replace the steam spout in the support positioned on the right side of the machine. The
8
steam spout may be positioned here even when the cappuccinatore is not in use.
Remove the power cord, take the power unit out from the cup and place it upside down
9
on a work surface.
10
Remove the cup containing the milky froth from the support.
10
Mix the milk and froth together by rotating the cup.
11
Pour the milky froth into the cup containing the espresso coffee (for two cappuccinos
12
first half-fill the two cups with the milky froth, and then complete with the rest of the
milk until the cups are full).
COLD FROTHED MILK: The Cappuccino Cuor di Cream cappuccinatore also produces cold
frothed milk. Simply follow the steps outlined under PREPARING CAPPUCCINO without us-
ing the machine steam option. Froth the refrigerated milk using only the frother. For best
results, it is advisable to use cold (refrigerated) skimmed milk. As an alternative to skimmed
milk, you can also use other types of milk (full fat or semi-skimmed, fresh pasteurised or
UHT).
When preparing two cappuccinos (MAX dose), the steam may run out before the light indi-
cator comes on. In this event, reset the machine temperature while the milk is being emulsi-
fied.
