To connect to the electricity source:
Recommendation:

Connect the female end of the power cord to the receptacle on the rear
panel of the detector.
2.
Connect the male end of the power cord to a suitable wall outlet.
Alternative:
female end of the FlexCart's electrical cable (included in the startup kit)
to the receptacle on the rear panel of the detector. Connect the hooded,
male end of the FlexCart's electrical cable to the power strip on the back
of the cart. Finally, connect the power strip's cable to a wall outlet
operating on its own circuit.

instrument individually, as well as the workstation. It also entails starting
the operating software (Empower or MassLynx).
