(4) Remove the Arm Top Cover.
(5) Cut off the wire tie binding the cables.
(6) Disconnect the connectors.
(7) Remove the User Plate.

At this point, do not cut off a wire tie (in the duct fittings outlet) that binds the cables to
the User Plate.

Remove the mount base from the motor as
shown on the right.
Connector X241, X44 (Hold the clip to remove.)

Arm #2.
Remove the bolts securing the Joint #4
motor on the motor plate and pull out the
motor.
The belt is placed around the pulley. Tilt
the motor unit slightly and pull it out.
There is a brass bushing in one of the set
screw holes. Be sure to keep the bushing.
