7.3.1 Port Registers (P, RP)
The R-IN32M3-CL incorporates twelve 3-state I/O ports. Input or output can be specified in 1-bit units. The port
registers are used for writing the output levels for output port pins. When read, the value of the given port register is read.
The PIN and RPIN registers are used to read the levels on input pins.
