6.1.2 CC-Link IE Field (Intelligent Device Station) Wait Delay Register (CIEWAITDLY)
The CIEWAITDLY register is used to extend the wait period cycle to the bus of the CC-Link IE field network. From 4 to
0 cycles are selectable as the period of waiting. This register should be set before starting access to a CC-Link IE field
network.
