6.1.3 CC-Link IE Field (Intelligent Device Station) Bus Size Control Register (CIEBSC)
The CIEBSC register is for setting the data bus width to access the CC-Link IE field (intelligent device station). When
using the CC-Link IE field (intelligent device station), set the bits of this register to 0000 5555H.
