    This chapter is designed to help the reader navigate easily within this user guide. This user guide is meant for operators and describes the design and function of the BNA6 Advance & BNR Advance note validator and note recycler. Afterwards, chapters 3 and 4 explain the necessary steps for unpacking, assembling, and operating the note validator/recycler.

    • functional elements required for the operation of the note validator/recycler The BNA6 Advance & BNR Advance note validator and recycler is designed to validate different banknotes of one currency inserted into the device for specific properties. Only valid banknotes are accepted and transported to the cash box for storage purposes. Suspicious or damaged banknotes will be rejected.

    Install BNA6 Advance & BNR Advance Note Validator and Note Recycler Assembling the note validator/recycler Before the note validator/recycler can be installed in the host machine the acceptance module has to be installed on the top of the note validator/recycler chassis. This chapter and user guide only describes the assembly of the note validator/recycler.

Depending on the number of note validator/recycler modules the reset sequence takes approximately 15 to 25 seconds.

    This chapter describes how to empty the cash box and refill the recycler with banknotes. 4.4.1 Emptying BNA6 Advance & BNR Advance note validator and note recycler cash box To empty the cash box of the note validator or recycler you need the interlock system key and the cash box key.
