Clearing banknote jam
In case of a banknote jam, the note validator/recycler sends an error message to the host machine. The top status LEDs on the bezel are
flashing red (fast triple flashing). If no other LED is flashing red, the banknote is jammed in the acceptance module or passage from the
acceptance module to the cash box. If the spine's status LED or another recycler module's LED (loading or recycling module) flashes red as
well the banknote is jammed in this respective module (see chapter 5.1 "Locating and fixing errors using status LEDs", p. 37).
Please refer to the separate Service and Repair Manual whenever the banknote is jammed in a note recycler's recycling module.
