Readjusting loading module to new banknote size (note recycler only)

If the loading module is supposed to store another denomination, the loading module may need to be readjusted
to match the size of the banknote to be stored.
All banknotes replenished into the loading module to feed the recycling modules must be of the same
size. The note validator/recycler is able to load banknotes with a
• width of 60 mm to 81 mm and a
• length of 120 mm to 176 mm
Please ensure the note recycler's banknote compartment is adjusted slightly larger than
the banknote dimensions:
2 mm larger in width and
3 mm larger in length.
To readjust the banknote compartment you need a T10 Torx driver:

Unlock interlock system, remove, open the loading module and lift maximum level
detection plate (see chapter 4.3.4 "Removing, opening, and reinstalling optional
loading module (note recycler only)", p. 24).

If necessary, push pressure plate [1] down to the stop (instruction label) [A].
The plate locks in the bottom of the cassette.

Use the Torx driver to loosen the yellow guide flap's and the front metallic limiter's
adjustment screws [2].

Adjust the yellow guide flap [3] and front metallic limiter [4] depending on the
banknote dimensions [B].

Secure fixing screws again.

Refill banknotes (see chapter 4.4.2 "Refilling loading module of BNR Advance note
recycler", p. 34).

Close and reinstall loading module (see section 4.3.4 "Removing, opening, and
reinstalling optional loading module (note recycler only)", p. 24).
