Reset-set function block RSMEMORYQT

Reset/set logic component
Functionality
The Reset-set function (RSMEMORYQT) is a flip-flop with memory that can reset or set an output
from two inputs respectively. Each RSMEMORYQT function block has two outputs, where one is
inverted. The memory setting controls if the flip-flop after a power interruption will return the state it
had before or if it will be reset. In RSMEMORYQT, the RESET input has priority over the SET input.
