MAINTENANCE
8.2.1
MAINTENANCE STAFF
Maintenance work should be regularly and carefully undertaken by qualifi ed and trained
staff . They should be informed of specifi c hazards during their training.
The following hazards may arise during maintenance work:
Health hazard from inhaling powder paint
Use of unsuitable tools and aids
Once the maintenance work is complete, the device must be checked by a qualifi ed person
to ensure a reliable condition.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Danger to life and equipment damage.
Incorrect maintenance/repair!
Risk of injury and damage to the device.

DANGER
Repair or replacement of devices or parts of devices may only be
performed outside the hazard area by specialist personnel.
DANGER
Have repairs and part replacements be carried out by specially
trained staff or a WAGNER service center.
Before all work on the unit and in the event of work interruptions:
- Switch off the energy/compressed air supply.
- Decompress spray gun and device pressure.
- Secure the spray gun against actuation.
Observe the operating and service instructions when carrying
out all work.
