e. Turn on the power pack by navigating to the
Home Screen, Standby Mode and press
NOTE: At Startup, verify the motor rotates in a counter
clockwise direction. If it does not, switch the two
phases of incoming power. See F

f. Circulate oil for 3 minutes to purge air from
hydraulic hoses.
NOTE: Pressure should not increase while air is purged
from hoses.
g. Turn off the power pack by pressing
at the gauge to verify no pressure exists in the
hydraulic hoses and the AC Power Pack.
h. Remove the 7/16 in. JIC male-male adapter
connecting the hydraulic hoses.
NOTICE
To prevent air from entering the hydraulic hoses,
do not spill oil while disassembling the adapter
connection. If spilling occurs, replace the lost fluid
by manually filling the hoses with hydraulic fluid.
i. Fill both open and close gun chambers with
hydraulic fluid.
j. Attach hydraulic hoses to the gun. Tighten each
fitting 1/4 turn past hand tight.
