This section describes the details of remote register areas assigned to the master/local module.

The assignment of each device number is for the case when the remote register areas of the multiple input module are

assigned as follows.

• RWr0 to RWr17

• RWw0 to RWw17

An error code is stored in Latest error code (RWr0) when a moderate or major error occurs.

When Error clear request flag (RYA) is turned on and off after the cause of the error occurred is eliminated, the error code is

cleared.

Errors that occurred in the past can be checked with Error history  (address: 0A00H to 0AEFH). For error history, refer to the

following.

In Latest warning code (RWr1), an error code is stored when a minor error occurs and an alarm code is stored when an alarm

occurs.

Five seconds after the cause of the minor error is eliminated, the error code is automatically cleared.
