7. Specify the copies and sets on the Copies & Sets tab.
For example, if you wanted to print handouts for four classes (Class 1: 30 students, Class 2: 31 students, Class
3: 32 students, Class 4: 30 students) in a school, you would make the following settings.
8. Select the slip sheets and eject paper settings on the Finishing tab.
9. Select OK to save.
Printing Using Saved Groups (Storage)
1. Select Storage on the printer's control panel.
2. Select the folder containing the file you want to print, and then select Open.
3. Select the file, and then select Print Settings.
4. Select the Advanced tab, and then select Print Sets.
5. Select the group that you want to use from the list, and then select OK.
If you select Edit, you can temporarily change the settings for Print Sets.
6. Set the print settings if necessary.
