Finishing Types

❏ Finishing (Printer driver: Sort)
Select whether or not to collate the printed pages. Group (Same Pages) prints multiple copies of the same page
together. Collate (Page Order) prints the document pages in sequence.
❏ Slip Sheet
Select settings for inserting separator sheets. By Sets inserts separator sheets between sets and between groups.
By Groups inserts separator sheets between groups. You can also print numbers on separator sheets.
❏ Eject Paper
Select eject paper settings. Rotate Sort prints alternately in the portrait and landscape directions. Shift Sort
offsets the printouts. Select by sets or by group.

Saving Groups for Copying

1. Select Copy on the printer's control panel.
2. Select the Advanced tab, and then select Print Sets.
3. Select Not Set from the list, and then select Register/Overwrite.
4. Enter the group name.
