Special I/O Errors

If a problem is found in the output data of Special I/O, the inverter returns an error code to the input data
without executing the request.
Determine whether or not an error occurred by the most significant bit (word address n, bit 7) of the
Function Code in the input data.
In case of an error, the Function Code in the input data has a value of the output data added with
80 hex.
The table below shows the error code and corrective action for each Special I/O error.

4-byte register or 4-byte data from/to a
2-byte register.
Check and correct Function Code.
Check and correct Register No.
Check if CompoNet Communica-
tions Unit is mounted properly (if
connector is sufficiently inserted).
If problem persists, replace Compo-
Net Communications Unit.
Check and correct data size so data
is within data setting range.
