pants. These measures cannot necessarily pre-
vent an imminent impact.
PRE-SAFE ® PLUS can implement the following
measures independently of each other:
Tightening the seat belts on the driver's seat

and front passenger seat.
Increasing brake pressure when the vehicle is

stationary. Brake application will be canceled
automatically when the vehicle pulls away.
If an accident did not occur, the pre-emptive
measures that were taken will be reversed.

when backing up

Bear in mind that negligence when securing a
child in the child restraint system may have seri-
ous consequences. Always be diligent in securing
a child carefully before every journey.
Never allow a baby or child to travel sitting on the
lap of another vehicle occupant.
