Problem
"ADD WATER" indicator
is on.
The unit enters the ice
making process, but no
water flowing in the unit
and the "ADD WATER"
indicator flashes
Water pump is working,
but no water flow out
from the water dividing
pipe
The transparency of the
ice cube is not very good
Ice cube irregular shape
is irregular

Possible Cause
No water supply.
Floating ball of the water
level detecting switch is
blocked, can't be raised up.
Water flows out from the
water tank.
Water flows out from the
water drainpipe of the water
tank.
Water supplying hose is
damaged or water flows in
very slowly.
The holes on the water
dividing pipe are blocked.
Water quality is poor.
Water quality is poor or the
water tank is very dirty.
The holes on the water
dividing pipe are blocked.
Solution
Check the main water supply
pressure or check the water
supply hose is not blocked.
Clean the hose is necessary.
Clean the water tank and the
water level detecting switch.
Place the unit on the level
position, not on the slope.
Pull out the pipe and install
back to the slot of the water
tank properly.
Check the main water supply
pressure or check the water
supply hose is not blocked.
Clean the hose is necessary.
Clean the dividing pipe.
Change the water supply or use
the water filter to soften or filter
the water.
Clean the water tank and
change with new water.
Clean the dividing pipe.
