TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
Add Water indicator is
illuminated.
Ice indicator is
illuminated.
Ice cubes stick
together.
Ice making cycle
appears normal, but
no ice is made.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Lack of water.
One of the water filters is
blocked.
The ice basket has filled with
ice-cubes.
The ice cycle has been
operating for too long.
Water temperature in the
inner tank is too low.
Ambient temperature or water
temperature in the inner tank
is too high.
Refrigerant liquid leakage.
Pipe in the cooling system is
blocked.
SOLUTION
Stop the ice maker, replace with a
new bottle full of water, and then
restart it.
Check both water filters for
obstruction and clean them.
Remove and empty the ice basket.
Stop the ice maker and restart it
when the ice blocks melt. Select
the small ice button.
Change the water in the inner tank.
The optimal temperature of the
water is between 8-32°C.
Run the ice maker in environments
below 32°C. Pour colder water into
the tank.
