Allow at least 15cm clearance at the rear and 5cm at top and sides for proper air circulation. The installation should allow the ice maker to be pulled forward for servicing if necessary.

    BEFORE FIRST USE Cleaning Your Ice Maker Before using your ice maker, it is strongly recommended to clean it thoroughly. 1. Open the door. 2. Clean with diluted detergent, warm water and a soft cloth. 3. Repeatedly clean the water contacting inner parts. You can remove the Water drainpipe from the water tank to drain the cleaned water in the water tank, then next to clean inner ice-storing cabinet.
  • Page 17 Connect the water supplying hose to the unit: 1. First remove the tape on the water inlet port for water supply (B) located at the rear of the unit, using a finger on your other hand press the clipper out. 2.
  • Page 18 Connect the water hose to the water faucet of the water main supply system 1. Install the supplied water quick-connector to the water faucet. 2. Remove the clipper from the water quick-connector, insert the other end of the water hose into this quick-connector port completely, then reinstall the clipper. Note: The water faucet should be supplied by the customer.

    OPERATION 1. After water pipe connecting is completed, plug in the main power supply plug. Then press “ON/OFF” button on the control panel to begin the ice making cycle,and the “ICE” light will be turn. The digital window will display the ambient temperature normally. When the digits begin to flash, it will display the remaining time to complete the ice making cycle.
  • Page 20 Off-Timer and ON-Timer Setting How to set the ON-Timer: When the unit is in off-state, press the “TIMER/CLEAN” button to set the ON-Timer. The “TIMER” light will turn on, the number in digital window will flash to display the setting delay time. During the number flashing, press “+”, “-” button to change the delay time of the timer.
  • Page 21 Operating sounds During operation your ice maker may make sounds that are not familiar to you. Most of the sounds are normal. Hard surfaces like the floor, walls and cabinets can make the sounds seem louder than they are. The following describes the kinds of sounds that might be new to you and what may be making them.

    CLEANING & CARE Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, unplug the ice maker from the main power supply electricity. (EXCEPTION: Ice maker self-cleaning program). Periodic cleaning and proper maintenance will ensure efficiency, top performance, hygienic and long life. The maintenance intervals listed are based on normal conditions. You may want to shorten the intervals if you have pets or the unit is used outdoors or there are other special considerations.
  • Page 23 Interior Cleaning For Ice Storage Bin The ice storage bin should be sanitised occasionally. Clean the bin before the ice maker is used for the first time and reused after stopping for an extended period. It is usually convenient to sanitise the bin after the ice making system has been cleaned and the storage bin is empty.
  • Page 24 Ice Making Parts Cleaning • The water dividing pipe on the evaporator will need to be cleaned regularly. If there is no water flow from the water dividing pipe or the water flowing is restricted, please discharge this water dividing pipe to clean. Clean each little hole on the water dividing pipe.
  • Page 25 Ice Making Assembly System Cleaning Using Nickle Safe Ice-machine Cleaner Minerals that are removed from water during the freezing cycle will eventually form a hard- scaly deposit in the water system. Cleaning the system regularly helps remove the mineral scale build-up. How often you need to clean the system depends upon how hard your water is.
