TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The 'Ice Full'
indicator is
illuminated but
there is no ice.
The ring indicator
is flashing red.
Poor ice-making
result.
Water leakage.
Possible Cause
There is a blockage in
the water reservoir.
The ice maker is dirty.
The ambient
temperature or water
temperature is too
high.
Refrigerant liquid
leakage.
The motor is broken.
The pipe in the cooling
system is blocked.
The air outlet is
blocked.
The water
temperature is too
high.
Refrigeration system
malfunction.
The drain plug is not in
place.
The pipe joint is loose.
The seal has reached
its service life.
Solution
Remove the blockage.
Clean the ice maker.
Start the ice-making cycle in an
environment with an ambient
temperature less than 32°C and fill
the water reservoir with some cold
water.
• Press the Ice/Clean button twice
to restart the ice making program.
• If the problem still occurs, contact

Ensure there is 15cm of clearance on
all sides of the ice maker for proper
ventilation.
Fill the water reservoir with water
between 7°C-32°C.
