3.8.10 Motorized Imaging Unit Movement

The imaging unit can be moved in X direction motorized. The motorized movement is
maneuvered from the table hand control, see Fig. 1-4.The function can synchronize the
imaging unit and follow the movement of the ceiling unit.
3.8.10.1 Synchronization Function
In Auto position mode and in Table flexible mode, the detector holder may be moved in X-
direction using the motor (via the table handle or manually by activating the green button at
the detector holder). There is no synchronization between the tube and the table detector.
In Film tracking and Pendulum mode the detector holder may be moved manually in X-
direction. If this is done, the servo button is deactivated and exposure is no longer possible.
To return to an activated servo button, the detector holder shall be moved to the correct
position. The correct position is indicated by the lightning of the green detector holder button.
Note!
It is the user's responsibility to verify that the detector is in position at exposure.
