Generator - Suzuki UG110 2021 Service Manual

• Install the dowel pins 1 and new gasket 2.
• Apply engine oil onto the piston and cylinder wall surfaces, and
then carefully install the cylinder over the piston.
• Install the new gasket 3.
• Tighten the cylinder head nuts diagonally, as shown, and to the
specified torque.
" Cylinder head nut: 23 N . m (2.3 kgf . m)

GENERATOR

• Remove any grease from the tapered portion of the crankshaft
and also from the generator rotor.
• Install the key 1, stator coil and pickup coil.
• Tighten the generator rotor nut to the specified torque using
the special tool.
