Oil Seals - Suzuki UG110 2021 Service Manual

LEFT CRANKSHAFT BEARING
• Remove the crankshaft oil seals. (73-34)
• Remove the left crankshaft bearing using the special tool.
2 09921-20220: Bearing remover set ( φ φ φ φ φ 30 mm)

Replace the removed bearing with a new one.
• Install the left crankshaft bearing using the special tool.
2 09913-70210: Bearing installer set ( φ φ φ φ φ 55 mm)

OIL SEALS

Damage to the lip of the oil seal may result in leakage of the fuel-
air mixture or gear oil. Inspect the oil seal and if it is damaged,
replace it with a new one.
• Install the oil seals into the crankcases and gear box cover, as
shown below.

Replace the removed oil seals with new ones.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the lip of the oil seals.

REAR AXLE SHAFT OIL SEAL
• Remove the right rear axle shaft bearing. (73-30)
• Remove the rear axle shaft oil seal 1 from the gear box cover
using the special tool.

Replace the removed oil seal with a new one.
