Gear Box Cover - Suzuki UG110 2021 Service Manual

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" onto the shaft and gear of
the kick starter drive gear.
$ 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
• Install the kick starter drive gear 1.
• Align the projection A with the groove of the clutch cover.
• Install the kick starter lever to the kick starter shaft as shown.

• Remove the final driven gear with the rear axle shaft 1.
• Remove the idle shaft/gear 2.
