POWER SUPPLY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Position the AC lines from the PEM so that they do not come into contact
with components on the Power Supply PCB.

Complete procedure in paragraph 6.5.
Removal
1.
Complete the procedures in paragraphs 6.2 and 6.4.
2.
Complete steps 2 through 4 in paragraph 6.7.
3.
Disconnect the fan wire harness from J1 on the Power Supply PCB (see
Figure 6-5).
4.
Use a 10-mm wrench to disconnect the Power Supply ground lead from the
equipotential lug (Figure 6-5).
5.
Remove the seven screws shown in Figure 6-7.
6.
Lift the Power Supply out of the bottom case.
Installation
7.
Place the Power Supply in the bottom case.
Caution: When installing the Power Supply, tighten the seven screws to a
maximum of 4 inch-pounds. Over-tightening could strip out the screw holes
in the bottom case, rendering it unusable.
