13. Wheel Assembly
A. Assemble the wheel (T1) onto the axle shaft on the Cart Axle Bracket (C3) shown in figure 10. Make sure the
round hub is facing outward. Once the wheel (T1) is on the shaft, push the E-Clip(E1) with a flat end of an Allen
wrench.
B. Repeat step A for the opposite wheel (T1).
