4. Cart Assembly
A. Flip the cart assembly over, install the two bolts (B4), four washers (W1), and two nuts (N1) into the holes
shown in figure 4. *Tighten finger tight for now.
5. Cart Assembly
A. Place both Round Spacers (X1) onto the cart bracket (C3) holes, as shown in Figure 5.
