SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

EMS and the dealer of this product accept no liability for direct or
consequential injury or damage resulting from improper use, arising in
particular through non-observance of the operation instructions, or improper
preparation and maintenance.
Use for the intended purpose only: Before using the product, make
sure that you have studied the operation instructions. This also applies to
any equipment used with this product. Failure to observe the operation
instructions may result in the patient or user suffering serious injury or the
product being damaged, possibly beyond repair.
Risk of explosion: Do not use this product in the presence of
inflammable anaesthetics or gases.
This product must be used only by trained and qualified personnel.
Before each use, clean, disinfect and sterilize the different pieces
and accessories of this product (nozzles excepted). Please refer to the
information provided in the operation instructions. Non-sterile pieces and
accessories may cause bacterial or viral infections.
Use only the powder recommended by EMS for the subgingival
application when the PERIO-FLOW handpiece is connected to the
unit. Any other powder could cause premature wear of the nozzle and
would consequently increase the risk of emphysema and damage to the
unenameled dentine.
Always examine the product for damage before starting the treatment.
Damaged accessories or a damaged unit must not be used and must be
replaced. Use original EMS spare parts and accessories only.
Have this product exclusively repaired by an approved EMS repair
center.

每次使用前，都应对本产品的各个部件和附件（喷嘴除外）进行清
洁、消毒和灭菌处理。 请参阅使用说明书中提供的信息。 未经灭菌的部
件和附件可能会造成细菌和病毒感染。
当PERIO-FLOW手柄连接至本设备时，仅可使用EMS推荐用的牙粉
用于龈下。 使用其它任何牙粉可能使喷嘴过早磨损并因此增加罹患肺气肿
和损害非瓷釉牙质的风险。
开始治疗之前，务必检查产品是否损坏。 如果附件或装置损坏，则
不得再使用，必须予以更换。 只使用原厂 EMS 备件和附件。
本产品只能由经批准的 EMS 维修中心进行维修。
