2. When the nozzle is inserted in the pocket, press the pedal of your device for 5 seconds. EMS
powder/air mixture confined by a water jet is sprayed into the periodontal pocket. Due to the mechanical
action of the air, powder and water spray, the subgingival biofilm is eliminated from the root surface.
3. Place the nozzle on the edge of the sulcus and let the spray act for 5 seconds maximum on each
side of the tooth (vestibular, lingual, distal).
Carry on the treatment with short tiny rotary motions of the nozzle.
