Agitation Menu

The FluidBox 8000 display, located in the WorkZone, fully controls the fluid valves. Identification buttons distinguish the
possible functions of the fluid valves.
The Agitation screen show following status:
A. Actual agitation level.
B. Actual MainTank level.
C. Actual RinseTank level.
Activate a function by pressing the button for the desired function. The button become green when the function is selected
and active.
Function Menus on Left Side of Display
The buttons select the suction source from where the pump will use liquid.

Set agitation level to 100%. Recommended agitation level when using chemicals with a high density, which will tend to settle at the bottom of

Set agitation level to 75%. Use this for high-density chemicals that needs agitation to avoid sedimentation, but will create foam when at full

Set agitation level to 50%. Use this for chemicals that needs agitation to avoid sedimentation, but will create foam when at full agitation level.
Set agitation level to 25%. Use this for low-density chemicals that will need some agitation to avoid sedimentation, but still prevent foaming in

Turn Off agitation. Recommended agitation level when using chemicals with a low density to prevent foaming in the tank. This selection is also
OFF
useful when e.g. filling from the External Filling Device, as it increases the suction capacity from the pump.
Function Menus on Right Side of Display
The buttons select the pressure function the pump will direct the liquid to.
