 Printing cannot be performed. (Hardware problems)
If print jobs cannot be outputted from all computers on the network, hardware errors may be the cause. Contact your
service representative.
 Printing with USB print has failed. Text cannot be printed properly.
If the size of the print data is too large, the communication between the equipment and the computer will take some
time. Due to this, printing will fail or text sometimes cannot be printed properly.
Directly connect the equipment and the computer with a USB2.0 Hi-Speed certified cable.
Display the printer property from [Devices and printers]. On the [Advanced] tab, select [Spool print documents so
program finishes printing faster] > [Start printing after last page is spooled] and press [OK]. Then reattempt printing.
If the problem still persists, this can be solved by changing the settings of the equipment. For details, contact your
service representative.
 Wi-Fi Direct connection is disconnected during printing.
When the wireless LAN is accessed via Wi-Fi Direct, it is not recommended to connect this equipment by selecting
from [Devices and Printers] - [Add a printer] of Windows 8.1 or later. If this equipment is selected from [Add a printer]
and the wireless LAN is accessed via Wi-Fi Direct, access will be disconnected after approx. 1 minute has passed.
In such a case, access the wireless LAN from the wireless network list. By accessing the wireless LAN from the wireless
network list, printing will automatically restart if there are any printing jobs which are being held on the spooler of the
