 The e-Filing session has been terminated.
When "This operation will end your e-Filing session." is displayed and e-Filing returns to its top page, perform the
following operations.
 When clicking the [Return], [Refresh] or [Home] button or the [login] link
Try again to do the operation you intended.
 When closing the window by clicking the [X] button of the browser
Finish the current operation before closing the window.
 When operating the main window while the sub window is displayed
Do not operate the main window until the processing on the sub window has been completed.
 Numerous sub windows repeatedly appear.
Close all the windows and exit from the web browser. Then restart the browser and clear the cookie files.
 Displaying the items in Contents Frame takes a long time.
There are more than 100 items of Box, Folder and Document in Contents Frame. Decrease them.
 "Internal error occurred. Please restart e-Filing." is displayed.
Turn the power of the equipment OFF and then back ON. Then reattempt to access e-Filing. If the error message is still
displayed, contact your system administrator or service technician.
 "Your e-Filing Session has Timed Out. Please restart e-Filing." is displayed.
Access to the e-Filing utility will be timed out according to the Session Timer setting in the WEB General Setting of
TopAccess.
Restart the browser.
To change the setting, ask your system administrator.
 "The items have been modified." is displayed.
The items are currently being modified by another user.
Wait for a while and try it again.
 "Cannot start e-Filing Session. The Disk is Full." is displayed.
Not enough space is remaining in the internal storage device.
Ask your administrator to delete unnecessary Box data with the e-Filing.
 "Cannot create a Box. The Disk is Full." is displayed.

Delete unnecessary data with the e-Filing by each user. Alternatively, ask your administrator to delete unnecessary
data.
