8.QUESTIONS FOR NETWORK
 Wireless LAN connection cannot be established.
Shut down the equipment by pressing the [POWER] button. Then reboot the equipment by pressing the [POWER]
button again. If this problem still persists, check the following items.
Check...
The user certificate (client certificate and CA
certificate) installed in the client computer is
invalid.
The wireless LAN setting is disabled.
The access point connection has failed.
The wireless LAN connection cannot be
established even if [WEP] or [None] is selected in
[Security] of the infrastructure mode and
"connected" is indicated for the wireless LAN
connection status on the touch panel screen.
The equipment is connected to the access point
with TKIP specified for the encryption mode.
The equipment is connected to the access point
with WPA specified for the authentication mode.
The equipment is connected to the access point
with WPAPSK specified for the authentication
mode.
The infrastructure mode and Wi-Fi Direct are
used together.
WPA/WPA2 Enterprise, WPA2 Enterprise, WPA3
Enterprise or WPA3 Enterprise 192-bit Security is
used for the authentication.
WPA3 is used for the authentication mode.
Corrective Action
Issue a user certificate whose valid period has been changed.
Enable the wireless LAN setting.
Refer to the manual for the wireless LAN access point in use and
specify the settings correctly.
The SSID or WEP encryption key entered may be incorrect.
Modify the wireless LAN connection settings.
Specify the TKIP and AES for the encryption mode of the
equipment.
Specify the WPA/WPA2 Enterprise for the authentication mode
of the equipment.
Specify the WPA/WPA2 Personal for the authentication mode of
the equipment.
Configure the same settings with the operation channel for both
the wireless access point at the connection destination of the
infrastructure mode and the group owner of Wi-Fi Direct.
Check that the RADIUS server supports TLS1.2 (Windows Server
2016 or later, hostapd Integrated EAP Server).
Check which is set for the access point; WPA3 Enterprise or
WPA3 Enterprise 192-bit Security.
