 How to check the toner remaining in the toner cartridge
Follow the steps below.
1.
Press [Job Status] on the Home screen.
2.
Press the [Toner] tab. The remaining amount of toner in the toner cartridge is displayed.
3.
When you have finished checking, press [Close].
Replace the toner cartridge when a message is displayed on the touch panel.
 The original misfeed symbol does not disappear even after the original misfeeding in
the Reversing Automatic Document Feeder or the Dual Scan Document Feeder has been
cleared.
Open the cover beneath the Reversing Automatic Document Feeder or the Dual Scan Document Feeder and then
remove the original. For details, see the reference below:

 Some functions cannot be used even though they are written in the Operator's
Manuals.
This will depend on the settings of the equipment or the access privilege given to the user. For details, ask your

 The motion sensor does not respond.
This may occur due to the following causes. Check them and take the appropriate actions.
The setting of the motion sensor is disabled.
The setting of the sensing range is incorrect.
There is an object blocking the motion sensor.
Change the setting of the sensing range by using the lever of the
motion sensor and check that it functions properly. For details,
