9.2 Displays and settings
Display
Myoelectric patient muscle signals are recorded by connected electrodes
and shown by a LED bar.
The LED bar is divided into three thresholds which show the generated
muscle signals:
1. ON
2. LOW
3. HIGH
The threshold that is reached can be used to determine the optimum control
system for the Ottobock prosthetic components (DMC, DMC Plus, etc.).
Settings
The muscle signal that is displayed can be influenced by
• changing the electrode positioning, and
• changing the electrode settings.
INFORMATION
Before changing the electrode properties and positioning, read the corres­
ponding instructions for use (647G334/647H490).
10 Cleaning
1) Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth.
2) Dry the product with a soft cloth.
