6 Data transfer between MyoBoy and the PC
The data transfer between the 757M11=X-Change MyoBoy and the PC
takes place via a USB cable. Connect the USB cable included in the deliv­
ery of the 757M11=X-Change MyoBoy with the PC. To install for the first
time, insert the CD with the "USB Drivers" inscription and follow the instruc­
tions on the screen. Connect the electrode adapter and the ground elec­
trode cable to the MyoBoy hardware as well to provide for the transfer of
data.

Please note that the latest USB driver version must always be installed to
connect to the 757M11=X-Change MyoBoy. You can download the latest
driver version from the following site: http://ottobock.com/en/datastation.
The latest version can also be downloaded via the "software update" func­
tion (Software Updates).

7 Data transfer between MyoBoy and the prosthesis
For better adjustment of the electrode and controls, the signals of the patient
can also be determined while the patient is wearing and using the prosthes­
is. For this purpose please use the optionally available 757P39 MyoBoy
communication cable in combination with the 757Z184=2 or 757Z190=2 bat­
tery receptacle set.
Alternatively, the 757P23 test adapter can also be used. This makes it easier
to identify and remedy faults.
