Tyres Check for sufficient tread depth (min. 1 mm/0.04")
Check for damage
Batteries Check battery charge level
Lights Check for external damage
Verify functionality
Electronics Check that the control device is functioning properly
(inform qualified personnel of any error messages on
the control panel)
Check that the battery charger is functioning properly
(inform qualified personnel of any LED error messages)
Check plug connections
Wheel lock When wheel lock is disengaged: check whether the
indicator on the control panel is flashing
When wheel lock is engaged: check braking function by
trying to push the chair
Seat adjustment Visually inspect all moving components and cabling for
functions damage
Check that screw connections are tight
Side panel and Check that mounting screws are fastened properly
arm support
Check whether screw connections between the arm
support and the control panel are tight
Check arm support for damage
Product Check the legibility and completeness of all labels and
markings on the product

9.2 Repair

Severe user injuries, damage to the product due to adjustment and installation errors
► Only carry out the repairs described in this section. All other repairs may only be carried out by the qualified
personnel.

9.2.1 Replacing defective lights

NOTICE
Use of incorrect bulbs
Damage/melting of the connecting cables due to excess current flow
► Note that the LED lighting may only be replaced with original lighting.
NOTICE
Penetration of moisture
Risk of damage to the light
► During installation, ensure that the plates are seated accurately in the housing.
► Ensure that the screws are seated tightly against the plate.
INFORMATION
Lamp housings and lamps can both be ordered from the specialist dealer.
