4 Handling
4.1 Assembly
NOTICE
Damage due to improper use of adhesive. To guarantee a solid bond,
clean the respective areas with acetone before applying the adhesive.
Do not touch the areas after you have degreased them and when the
acetone has dried up, apply the adhesive immediately.

Follow all processing and safety instructions by the adhesive manufacturer.

The laminated forearm socket must be fabricated with the appropriate
lamination form.
The four bores in the lamination ring must be transferred into forearm
component.
Bond the lamination ring in the forearm socket with Sealing Resin Compact
Glue 636K18 and let the bonding dry. Subsequently assemble the wrist
unit and attach the unit with the 4 oval countersunk self-tapping screws.
The system hands or cable activated hooks are screwed into the wrist
joint directly.
If you use the wrist unit in conjunction with an Ottobock cable activated
hook, it will be installed with the Friction Plate 10A46=*/10A53=33
(fig. 1, item 1).
If you use the wrist unit in conjunction with an Ottobock system hand, ab-
stain from using the Friction Plate (fig. 2).
